It’s not easy finding child-friendly entertainment that the entire family can enjoy. I’m always looking for a new show or movie that my husband and I can enjoy along with our three year old son. While trying to protect him from on screen violence and adult humor, we want to find something that is fun for us, too. Fox has fit the bill with “Change of Plans” - a part of their Family Movie Night.
Change of Plans is about a career focused husband and wife who are both on the verge of doing great things in their interesting lines of profession. Their lives - and their ‘playbook’ - are interrupted by the appearance of four orphaned children from Uganda. We get to watch as love grows, hearts are changed, and a beautiful, new family is born. While not an action packed event, this slower-paced movie has it all - sports, air planes, rock ‘n roll, cool cars, and especially, great family values.
